Authors retain full copyright for the articles they publish in Majalah Kedokteran Andalas (MKA). By submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors agree to the terms outlined in this Copyright and License Notice. Authors grant the journal the right to publish their work and to distribute it under the terms specified below.

All articles published in Majalah Kedokteran Andalas (MKA) are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows others to:

Author Rights

Withdrawal or Modification of License

The license granted to Majalah Kedokteran Andalas (MKA) remains effective unless the journal is notified in writing by the author or copyright holder that they wish to withdraw their article from publication. If such a withdrawal occurs, the publisher will cease to distribute the article, but existing copies may still be accessible due to the nature of the open-access model.
