Efek Aktivasi Jalur Apoptosis Sel T pada Derajat Keparahan Pasien dengan COVID-19

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Sel T merupakan salah satu jenis sel imunitas yang memiliki peran vital pada perlawanan tubuh terhadap penyakit infeksi yang salah satunya adalah COVID-19. Sehingga terjadinya apoptosis sel T diduga merupakan salah satu indikator yang disinyalir sangat penting dalam perjalanan progresitivitas penyakit COVID-19 menjadi lebih berat. Tujuan: Mengetahui efek apoptosis sel T pada derajat keparahan pasien dengan COVID-19. Metode: Jurnal dipilih dari database online yang sudah dipulikasi pada sciencedirect, proquest, pubmed, springer,  dan google scholar dengan kriteria inklusi jurnal akses terbuka, berbahasa inggris, dan indikator apoptosis sel T yang valid. Artikel yang direview akan dianalisis menggunakan diagram alur PRISMA. Hasil: Dari tujuh jurnal yang sudah dilakukan sistematik review menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingginya nilai indikator apoptosis sel T dengan tingginya derajat keparahan pasien dengan COVID-19. Simpulan: Apoptosis sel T terbukti sangat mempengaruhi derajat keparahan pasien dengan penyakit COVID-19 sehingga jalur yang mengintervensi aktivasi apoptosis sel T dapat menjadi pilihan untuk mencegah progresitivitas penyakit COVID-19 menjadi lebih buruk.
