Hubungan antara Jumlah Trombosit dengan Derajat Keparahan COVID-19

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara jumlah trombosit dengan derajat keparahan COVID-19 di RSUD Serui Provinsi Papua. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain potong lintang yang dilakukan di RSUD Serui Provinsi Papua. Data penelitian menggunakan data rekam medis. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive samping. Kriteria inklusi yaitu pasien dewasa berusia usia ≥18 tahun yang terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 berdasarkan pemeriksaan Tes Cepat Molekuler SARS-CoV-2 yang dirawat di RSUD Serui Provinsi Papua dan memiliki hasil pemeriksaan darah lengkap saat pertama kali masuk rumah sakit. Kriteria eksklusi yaitu pasien dengan penyakit kelainan trombosit, penyakit keganasan pada darah, dan data rekam medis tidak lengkap. Variabel bebas adalah jumlah trombosit berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium saat masuk rumah sakit. Variabel tergantung adalah derajat keparahan COVID-19 yang dikelompokkan menjadi dua kelompok yaitu derajat berat dan tidak berat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil: Terdapat hubungan negatif yang bermakna dengan kekuatan sedang antara jumlah trombosit dengan derajat keparahan COVID-19 (r = -0,556; p = <0,001). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara jumlah trombosit dengan derajat keparahan COVID-19.
