Penatalaksanaan Sinusitis Frontalis Menggunakan Pendekatan Axillary Flap Ke Resesus Frontalis

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Bedah sinus frontal dan resesus frontalis masih menimbulkan masalah karena anatominya yang kompleks sehingga beresiko menimbulkan komplikasi yang berat. Selain itu pembedahan sinus frontal dan resesus frontalis membutuhkan penggunaan alat-alat khusus yang berbentuk sudut seperti lengung 30 dan 70. Pembedahan sinus frontal dengan pendekatan axillary flap ke resesus frontalis merupakan teknik yang memudahkan ahli bedah karena cukup menggunakan alat dengan lengkung 0 dan dapat meminimalisir resiko komplikasi. Laporan Kasus: Dilaporkan satu kasus laki-laki 35 tahun dengan nyeri kepala hilang timbul sejak 10 tahun yang lalu. Dari pemeriksaan fisik dan penunjang pasien kemudian didiagnosis dengan sinusitis frontalis, massa et sinus frontal sinistra, konka bulosa dan septum deviasi. Pada pasien kemudian dilakukan tindakan frontal sinusektomi dengan pendekatan axillary flap, ekstirpasi massa et sinus frontal, konkotomi dan septoplasti dengan hasil yang baik. Kesimpulan: Bedah sinus frontal dengan pendekatan axillary flap memudahkan ahli bedah dalam mengakses sinus frontal tanpa menimbulkan komplikasi yang berat.
