Perbedaan rata-rata pulsatility index dan resistance index arteri uterina antara preeklamsia berat dan kehamilan aterm normotensi

Abstract

Pemeriksaan aliran darah menunjukkan bahwa hipertensi yang disebabkan oleh kehamilan berhubungan dengan berkurangnya sirkulasi uteroplasenta akibat perubahan abnormal histomorfologi arteri spiralis, dan pemeriksaan Doppler dapat mendeteksi perubahan ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode cross-sectional pada wanita hamil aterm normal, preeklamsia berat onset dini (usia kehamilan 30-34 minggu) dan preeklamsia berat onset lanjut (usia kehamilan >34 minggu). Seluruh sampel dilakukan pemeriksaan Doppler untuk mengukur Pulsatility Index (PI) dan Resistance Index (RI) arteri uterina tanpa dilakukan intervensi. Analisis data menggunakan program komputer SPSS. Nilai rata-rata PI pada preeklamsia berat onset dini (PI=1,74) lebih tinggi secara bermakna dari PI preeklamsia berat onset lanjut (PI=1,01; p<0,05). Nilai rata-rata PI pada preeklamsia berat onset dini (PI=1,74) lebih tinggi secara bermakna dari PI kehamilan aterm normotensi (PI=0,72; p<0,05). Nilai rata-rata RI preeklamsia berat onset dini lebih tinggi (RI=1,23) secara bermakna dari RI preeklamsia berat onset lanjut (PI=0,83; p<0,05). Nilai rata-rata RI preeklamsia berat onset dini lebih tinggi (RI=1,23) secara bermakna dari RI kehamilan aterm normotensi (PI=0,52; p<0,05). Nilai rata-rata RI preeklamsia berat onset lanjut lebih tinggi (RI=0,83) secara bermakna dari RI kehamilan aterm normotensi (PI=0,52; p<0,05).
